 Ashley Lenderman is a native of Paragould, graduating from Ridgecrest High School. She received her Dental Hygiene Degree from Missouri Southern State College in 2000. Ashley joined our staff in September 2005. Ashley loves her profession and takes great pride in providing optimal care for her patients. Ashley and her husband, Patrick, are the parents of beautiful twin girls, Emma and Abby.  Mary Anderson has been with our office since 2000. She became our Dental Hygiene Assistant in 2001 after completing one year of training and passing a Registered Dental Assistant exam. In June of 2005, Mary moved back into the front office as our scheduling coordinator/administrative assistant. Mary has lived in Jonesboro since 1991. She and her husband, Kevon, have two wonderful children, Lexi and Samuel. They are members of First United Methodist Church of Jonesboro, where Mary has served as a Youth Sponsor since 1996. Mary enjoys playing Bunco, shopping, playing with her children and listening to music. Mary's favorite part of her job is being able to meet new people, and working with children.  Andrea B. Alpe serves as our Dental Hygienist. She is a native of Jonesboro and attended Jonesboro High School. Andrea received her Dental Hygiene degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science. She worked in Fayetteville for four years in a large practice whose main focus was periodontal treatment. After some persuasion she was talked into "coming home" to work with her father, Dr. Brown. She is married to Kevin Alpe, and they have two gorgeous girls, Olivia and Piper. Andrea's hobbies include painting, decorating and trying to be "super mom". She believes passionately in the treatment of her patients and takes her role as educator and treatment coordinator seriously. She loves researching new products that can better serve our patients.  Ronda Copeland is a Certified Dental Assistant, and has worked as Dr. Brown's assistant since 1996. She enjoys getting to know our patients on a personal level and going the extra mile to make their dental visit a pleasant one. Ronda attends many continuing education courses to stay up to date on new equipment and materials.Ronda and her husband Bryan are the proud parents of Hudson Douglas, as well as their Malteese, "Sassie-girl".  Terry Smith, R.D.A., has been with us since November of 2006. She resides in Paragould, Arkansas, with her husband of over 30 years, Mike. Terry began working as a dental assistant in 1976, and has worked in almost every aspect of a dental office. Terry loves to cook and shop. Terry and Mike have four children, Brandi, Tiffany, Michael and Cory. They have also been blessed with eight wonderful grandchildren, Tucker, Halle, Storm, Paxton, Gavin and Colton, Elijah and Mylie! Terry and Mike have been members of 7th & Mueller Church of Christ in Paragould, and are involved in several areas of the church, including teaching and missions. Terry loves working in dentistry because every day is different, and loves the fact that she works with such a great team!  Holly Gann Milam Native Texan, Holly Gann Milam joined our staff in July 2008 as a hygiene assistant. Her ready smile and compassionate spirit serve her well in her new position as dental assistant to Dr. Copeland. There was an air of excitement in our office in the Fall of 2008 when Holly became engaged . Of course wedding plans were a daily topic of discussion in the office for a while! On March 20, 2009, we watched in delight as Holly became Mrs. Justin Milam. The newlyweds reside in Jonesboro with their "kids", Chihuahuas, Henry and Harly. Holly and Justin are active in their church and enjoy teaching a toddler class each Sunday. Hanging out with Justin tops Holly's list of favorites, followed by decorating, singing and playing her guitar, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.  Sarah Glomski is the newest member of the Dr. Thad Brown and Dr. Bryan Copeland Dental Team, having been hired in September of 2009 as our financial coordinator. Sarah is a Jonesboro native and graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1996. She attended the University of Mississippi where she graduated with a degree in Business Management in 2000. She and her husband, Adam, lived in Memphis for 6 years before moving back to Jonesboro to be near family. They are both very active in the Craighead County Soccer Association. Sarah and Adam have two beautiful boys, Clay and Alex. Sarah has enjoyed the transition into dentistry and has been very involved in the upgrades in our business office. She has enjoyed the new opportunities and friendships that dentistry has offered her. |
